《Management methods to the inspection and quarantine processing of wood package of export cargoes》was issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the PRC, China customs, Ministry of commerce of the PRC and State Forestry Administration of PRC unitedly on March 1st, 2005. It is issued according to the international  wood package standard which is formulated by international botanical protection organization. There are two ways to eliminate insects and fungi in the wood package of export cargoes stipulated in the management methods. They are heat treatment and methyl bromide fumigation. In the process of heat treatment, the temperature of timber core must be kept above 56℃ for at least half an hour. The demand is higher when in practice.
The wood heat-treatment equipment of our company is developed at the basis of wood drying equipment. It has the functions of automatically recording (printing) time, temperature of timber core, internal kiln temperature, humidity and wood moisture content besides conventional functions of wood drying equipment. It can also transfer the detected data to the inspection and quarantine administration.
